North Central Windward has a new, young voice in the New Democratic Party with our candidate, Cheiftain Neptune.

A dedicated servant of the community, he understands that more young people in North Central Windward must be given the opportunity to work and succeed.

Cheiftain brings broad educational experience to the role as the people’s representative as he recently graduated from the University of the West Indies with a Bachelor of Science in criminology and criminal justice with minors in political science and international relations.

His priorities locally are about bringing the community together and ensuring that North Central Windward gets working.
