The NDP is aware of the proposed contribution of equipment by Digicel to those affected by the Rock Gutter incident at Fancy later today.
We endorse the efforts by Digicel to assist the people of Fancy but strongly condemn the government’s attempt to politicize the generosity of Digicel and in the process, bring them into the partisan political fray, by holding a programme dominated by government speakers including the Prime Minister.
